With vendor management on Naologic, you can say goodbye to disparate emails, excel sheets and fragmented relationship management with your vendors and partners.

Combined into one platform, you can assign guest user profiles to your vendors and share important documentation with them as well as communicate with them right from within Naologic.

How do I add a new vendor?

There are two ways to add new vendors:

By adding them directly within the Naologic platform:

  1. Navigate to your Vendor Management App which is within the Purchasing navigation tab in your top-level menu
  2. From the main table, identify the add new vendor option
  3. Populate the vendor information and click create
  4. That's it, your vendor has now been created

By import:

  1. Navigate to your Vendor Management App which is within the Purchasing navigation tab in your top-level menu
  2. From the main table, identify the import option
  3. Choose your excel or csv file and map the fields to the Naologic fields
  4. Preview your import
  5. Finalize the import
  6. That's it, your vendors should now all be imported and viewable from within the vendor table inside Naologic
  1. Navigate to your Vendor Management App which is within the Purchasing navigation tab in your top-level menu
  2. From the main table, identify the profile option
  3. Inside the vendor profile, you can see the key information on the vendor such as the date you created the vendor, the contact email, the phone number and the address
  4. You're also able to view specific bill-related key metrics for the vendor such as the dollar value in outstanding bills, the number of orders and the the dollar value paid
  5. Specify the time period you wish to see the above information for using the date-filter in the top right corner

How do I create a guest login and profile for my vendor for them to sign in and view important information?

  1. Navigate to your Vendor Management App which is within the Purchasing navigation tab in your top-level menu
  2. From the main table, identify vendor you wish to create a profile for
  3. Populate the vendor name, email and password
  4. Preview the email that will be generated from Naologic and sent to your vendor for them to get set up
  5. Click send invite
  6. Your vendor will now receive an email with instructions on how to join your workspace as a guest
  7. You're now ready to start collaborating with your vendor

How do I manage my vendor guest accounts?

  1. Choose Your account
  2. From the right-hand side menu, click Manage Team Members
  3. At the top of this screen, you'll find a tab called Guest Users
  4. Once you've activated the Guest Users tab, you'll be able see all guest user accounts associated with your workspace across all apps
  5. Use the table to locate users based on their name, app they have access to, or date they joined, and manage their account from right within the table
  6. You can reset a password and delete/deactivate an account from within the table
  7. That's it, the basics of (guest) user management has never been easier

This will work for password resets too.

How do I delete a vendor?

  1. Navigate to your Vendor Management App which is within the Purchasing navigation tab in your top-level menu
  2. From the main table, identify the delete option by hovering over the vendor you wish to delete
  3. Confirm your action
  4. That's it, your vendor has now been deleted
