How do monthly user charges work?

It’s very simple: Every user you add to your workspace adds $24 to your monthly charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Right from your account settings. There’s no lock-in period, no fine-print with strings attached and no intentionally poorly designed cancellation process.

Can I build my own app?

Absolutely, you can do so in our no-code builder, contact us for access to our closed beta.

What happens if I need custom changes?

You can reach out to us for custom changes and we will work out how to either put you on an enterprise plan or get you installed with our no-code builder.

How does dynamic pricing work?

Pay-as-you-grow: Each app has different usage tiers associated with it, clearly spelled out on the individual app pages in our app store. Common for all apps, is that there is a free-tier.

What if I can't find the app I need?

Reach out to discuss an enterprise plan where we can build it, just for you. Alternatively, we can get you installed with our no-code builder so you can build it yourself. Third option, is to express your interest in the app and hope we prioritize it in our overall roadmap.

How much is the monthly app charge?

Each app has a different monthly cost, clearly displayed on the app store.

Can I buy individual apps?

Yes! Head to the app store and mix and match any combination of apps you wish.

Do you have customer support?

Yes we do. We strive to answer all customer requests as quickly as we possibly can. For enterprise customers, we have dedicated representatives and channels of communication available, ensuring that you can troubleshoot 24/7.

I voted for an app, when will it be available to use?

Voting for future apps is our way of democratizing our roadmap and ensuring that we build the right applications. Apps that are up for voting do not yet have a release date, however, keep an eye out for the roadmap tag to change to coming next quarter tag, which means it will be built and rolled out within a quarter.  

I'd like to migrate away from [insert bad product], can you help me?

Yes! We have migration services and tools, allowing you to leave your enterprise software traumas in the past and migrate away elegantly. If you don't see the migration app you need in our App Store, then reach out to our team and we will personally help you with the data transfer.

I have an active subscription and wish to add more apps, how do I do that?

Very soon, you'll be able to add apps onto your existing deployment at the click of a button. For the time being, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will help you add the additional products you need to your subscription.

Can I try your product for free?

Yes! Pick any combination of apps or any bundle you wish to try out, complete the checkout (no payment information required and no strings attached) and take the Naologic Workspace for a spin. We hope you like it as much as we do!

Can I extend my free trial?

We unfortunately do not offer free trial extensions at this time, hopefully your 14-day trial suffices though.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

At the end of the trial, you have the option to switch to a paid plan or to let the trial expire and lose access. You can of course convert to a paid plan before the end of the trial period too.

My trial ended a while ago, I'd like to switch to a paid plan now, how do I do that?

No problem at all! Just sign back in with your user name and password on the workspace URL you created and enter your payment information. Any data and information created and stored on your workspace during your trial is still right there waiting for ya!
