How do I cancel my subscription?
Right from your account settings. There’s no lock-in period, no fine-print with strings attached and no intentionally poorly designed cancellation process.
What happens if I need custom changes?
You can reach out to us for custom changes and we will work out how to either put you on an enterprise plan or get you installed with our no-code builder.
Can you help me migrate my data from Excel?
Yes! We have an import tool available through which you upload your data. We will happily assist you in getting set up properly to ensure you make the most of your workspace.
Can you help me migrate from another solution?
Yes, we have built out a migration tool that makes it easy to migrate your data directly from a wide range of providers such as Odoo, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and many others.
Can I keep using my QuickBooks for accounting?
Yes! You can connect your accounting using our QuickBooks integration and Naologic will automatically synchronize the invoices to your account
Can I track the status of my rebates?
Once you generate the sales reports to claim rebates from your group purchasing organization, you can check the status directly with the supplier
How much does it cost to integrate my group purchasing organization?
