Collaborating with Guests in Your Naologic Workspace


Seamlessly manage external members for effective collaboration and communication.

Guests are a powerful way to manage external members of your workspace for specific types of collaboration, such as working with vendors, suppliers, or contractors who may need access to content within your workspace. To effectively invite and manage guests, follow these steps:

  1. Guests can be invited from within each individual app that supports guest members. For example, navigate to the Contact Management app and hover over the table options. You'll find an option to Share Access.
  2. Inside the Share Access menu, insert the guest's email address and specify the access requirements for that guest. You can choose whether the guest is only able to view or is also able to contribute and edit within the workspace.
  3. Once you've shared access, the guest will receive a notification email containing a link to sign up for the Naologic workspace. They will then be able to create a user account and have access only to the specific app or document that you've granted rights to.

By following these steps, you can provide a granular and powerful method for seamless collaboration with external stakeholders on the Naologic platform. This functionality ensures effective communication and collaboration while maintaining control over access to your workspace's content.
