Action Model Learning - How do you facilitate action learning?

"Managing the process" and maintaining the learning's concentration on the real problems at hand are the primary responsibilities of the "facilitator" inside action learning sets. The facilitator's duties include keeping the group on track, asking questions in an approachable manner, and avoiding unnecessary side topics.
