Auto-Classification - What is the best classifier for document classification?

Algorithms that utilize Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are usually employed for efficient Document Auto-Classification. When dealing with smaller datasets, these methods can be based on the concepts of Logistic Regression, Neural Networks (Deep Learning), or Naive Bayes classifiers. That being said, that is by no means an all-inclusive list.
