Computational Statistics - Is computational statistics hard?
Answer
A strong background in statistics and the ability to think algorithmically is required to master computational statistics. Although an introductory statistics course is officially required, students who have only taken Advanced Placement statistics may struggle in the first few weeks of the course as they try to stay up.
