Cross-Validation - What is the difference between K-fold and V fold cross-validation?

V-fold cross-validation, often termed k-fold cross-validation, randomly divides the data into five (or "folds") of about equal size. The evaluation set includes the last fold, whereas a resample of the analytical data includes V-1 of the folds.
