Dynamic Epistemic Logic - What is the difference between logic and epistemology?

Logic focuses on the study of reasoning, whereas epistemology explores the study of knowing. There is a relationship between the two areas of study since, in the epistemological component of belief justification, it is often thought that one must engage in logical reasoning with respect to the subject matter of their belief.
