Ensemble Averaging - What is the ensemble averaging technique?

The technique of ensemble averaging involves the creation of a set of networks, each exhibiting low bias and high variance. These networks are then amalgamated into a new network which ideally exhibits low bias and low variance. This technique serves as a solution to the bias-variance dilemma. The concept of combining experts is attributed to Pierre-Simon Laplace.
