Instruction-Tuning - What is the difference between fine-tuned and instruction tuning?

The difference between instruction tuning and supervised fine-tuning is that the latter adds instructions to input-output examples while the former trains models on input examples and their associated outputs. The feature makes it easier for models that have been trained to follow instructions to adapt to new activities.
