Intelligent Agent - What is the difference between intelligent agent and AI?

Intelligent agents are a subset of artificial intelligence. No one has come up with a consensus on what constitutes an intelligent agent, but most believe that it should be able to learn and grow, have objectives, and make reasonable decisions based on what it knows.
