Machine Translation - What is the machine translation?

To translate text or voice from one language to another, including all of the idiomatic, pragmatic, and contextual subtleties of both languages, machine translation uses either rule-based or probabilistic (i.e. statistical and, more recently, neural network-based) machine learning techniques.
