Naive Bayes Classifier - Is Naive Bayes a classifier or regression?

In a biassed data set, Naive Bayes performs better than other classifiers. While both Logistic Regression and Naive Bayes are linear classifiers, Naive Bayes uses the findings to determine the data's generation method while Logistic Regression uses a direct functional form to forecast the probability.
