Natural Language Generation - What is the difference between NLG and NLP?

One branch of AI, known as Natural Language Processing (NLP), helps computers and people communicate more naturally by translating between the two sets of languages. The ability to understand sentences written in natural language is known as natural language understanding (NLU). On the flip side, NLG is a subfield of NLP that focuses on creating human-comprehensible text answers and phrases.
