Nondeterministic Algorithm - What is the difference between randomized and non randomized?

In randomized trials, the interventions are assigned to participants at random, for example, by tossing coins or dice or by programming a computer to produce an unexpected sequence. This is the main distinction between randomized and nonrandomized research.
