Peft - What is the difference between PEFT and LoRa?

With the use of LoRa and other techniques, PEFT and LoRa are able to fine-tune huge language models very efficiently. As LoRa concentrates on increasing the number of model weights, it freezes most of the pre-trained network's parameters.
