Reasoning System - What is an example of a case based reasoning system?

One application that use case-based reasoning is Google Maps. It estimates your travel time by looking at previous users' behaviors to determine the average time it took them to go from A to B. It can still estimate how long your trip will take based on two somewhat different starting positions.
