Question

Temperature - What is a normal body temperature for an adult?

Answer

Body temperature is typically about 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit, or 37 degrees Celsius. The usual range for a human body temperature, however, is more than just 97 degrees Fahrenheit (36.1 degrees Celsius). How active you are and the time of day might have an effect on your body temperature. Lower core temperatures are more common in the elderly than to younger persons.
