Dita Maps - How do I open a Ditamap file?

To open a Ditamap file, hold down the Shift key and navigate to File > Open All Files in Ditamap. Another method is to select Structure > DITA > Open All Topicrefs within the ditamap. To close all topic references, press the Shift key and select File > Close All Files in Ditamap.
