Dynamic Content Rendering - What is the difference between static and dynamic rendering?

Static rendering refers to the process where components are pre-rendered on the server at the time of build (next build). The result of this pre-rendering is cached and then served. On the other hand, dynamic rendering refers to the process where components are rendered on the server at the time of request. The result of this pre-rendering is not cached.
