Extensibility - What does extensible mean anatomy?

In anatomy, extensibility refers to a muscle's capacity to stretch. For example, to flex the elbow, the elbow extensor muscles must stretch, or extend, to facilitate this movement. The lack of such extensibility is referred to as spasticity.
