Large Language Model Training - Can I train my own LLM?

It is feasible to train your own Large Language Model, however doing so could be difficult. Maybe it would be easier to just tweak an already-existing pre-trained model. You may also save a lot of time and effort by using an existing model from a company like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc., through their APIs.
