Wordpress Automatic Plugin - Does WordPress automatically update plugins?

The Plugins Screen is a great place in WordPress to control which plugins will automatically update. You may toggle auto-updates on and off for each plugin individually under the 'Automatic update' column. To accomplish this, just click the "action" link. The same toggle option that enables auto-updates also allows you to disable them whenever you choose.
