Capital Equipment - What is non capital equipment?

One item (not an invoice) with a price tag of $1000 to $4,999, that stands alone, and has a lifespan of one year or longer is considered non-capital equipment. You can use a Purchase Card or an LPO to finance this kind of equipment.
