Synchronise - What is synchronize Pokemon?

Transfers poison, paralysis, or burning to the offending Pokémon. Inflicting burns, poisons, or paralysis on the Pokémon will result in the attacker receiving the same state ailment. The Ability Synchronize, which was debuted in Generation III, is called シンクロ Synchro in Japanese.
