Aisles - Is it aisle or aisle?

Both 'aisle' and 'isle' are nouns that sound alike but have different meanings. 'Aisle' refers to a pathway between seats, like in a theater or classroom. On the other hand, 'isle' is a term used for an island, usually a small one. For instance, I always prefer an aisle seat when I'm on a flight.
