Smart Carts - Are smart carts legit?

I can't say this strongly enough: any Smart Cart that says it was made by a dispensary in California called Smartbud is a fake. Without proper licensing and safety testing, they are sold on the black market. So, it's possible to think of any Smart Cart as a "fake" one.
