Case-Based Reasoning - What is an example of rule-based reasoning?

Consider this example of a rule in common law: Assume Jo has a driving license, is under the influence of alcohol, and is stopped by the police. Based on these conditions, the result would be the revocation of Jo's driving license by the transport authority. In rule-based reasoning, the conclusion is drawn only when there's an exact match with the precondition(s).
