Crossover - What is the main problem in The Crossover?

'The Crossover' centers on the tension that Josh faces, both inside and outside of himself. Aside from his father's seeming indifference to his own health, he is also struggling emotionally with a growing sense of estrangement from his sibling. Because these are genuine problems that anybody may face, these concerns hit close to home.
