Hyperparameters - What is the difference between parameters and hyperparameters?

While hyperparameters regulate the training process, parameters let the model learn the rules from the data. The values of parameters are learned by them from data. Hyperparameters, on the other hand, are not data-driven in their value learning. Prior to training the model, we must manually define them.
