Lazy Learning - What do you mean by lazy learning?

One form of machine learning, known as "lazy learning," does not process training data until a prediction is needed. Lazy learning algorithms, in contrast to other approaches, do not construct models during training but rather wait for new queries to be received. In order to make predictions using this method, training examples are stored and compared.
