Sao - Is SAO season 3 and 4 worth watching?

While SAO's second and third seasons were quite gloomy, the fourth season was a huge improvement. What draws me to this anime is the love narrative at its core, involving Kirito and Asuna. The bond between Kirito and Asuna is what really gets me, even though everything else is amazing. I really think you should check it out.
