Paper documents can easily be misplaced, damaged, or even lost. Electronic documents, on the other hand, may be kept on a file system and transferred via networks, disks, flash memory, or CDs/DVDs. Multiple people can read and review an electronic document at the same time. Computer file systems are also getting smaller every year, even if they can hold more data.
