Aicc File - Do people still use SCORM?

In today's digital world, many question SCORM's continued usefulness. Although it is still used by certain L&D teams, many see SCORM as more of a hindrance than an aid because of its antiquated technology. Its conception occurred twenty years before cellphones and social media came into existence, hence it has failed to adapt to new technology.
