Aicc File - Is SCORM outdated?

The SCORM material is sometimes ugly, clumsy, and unappealing, as if it were stuck in a another time. Many L&D teams are still burdened by this framework, which is two decades old. Not only is SCORM material difficult for teachers to manage, but it also doesn't captivate students.
