Fulltext Indexing - How do I create a full-text search index?

To create a full-text search index, choose the table you want to use, then right-click on it and choose the 'Define Full-Text Index' option. A 'Full-Text Index' requires that the table have a unique index, so keep that in mind. The last step is to choose the languages and column names.
