Creating and Managing Price Lists in Naologic

Price lists are an essential part of offering custom pricing to different customers or groups. In this article, we will discuss how to create and manage price lists in Naologic, add items to price lists, and set cost markups.

Accessing the Price Lists App

To access the Price Lists app in Naologic:

1. Locate the "Sales" tab in the global navigation.
2. Hover over the "Sales" tab to reveal the options.
3. Select "Price Lists."

You will now be in the Price Lists table, where you can view existing price lists and create new ones.

Creating a New Price List

To create a new price list:

1. Click the "Create New Price List" button at the top of the Price Lists table.
2. Specify the name of the price list.
3. Set the start and end dates for the price list, if applicable.
4. Input the cost markup percentage, which will be added to the cost of the items for customers on this price list.
5. Click "Create Price List" to save and add the price list to the Price Lists table.

Adding Items to a Price List

To add items to a price list:

1. Hover over the price list in the table to reveal the options.
2. Click "Add or Edit Price List Items."
3. In the form that appears, search for items you have listed in your Items app.
4. Specify the variant of the item, if applicable.
5. Modify the special price for the item, if necessary.
6. Click "Add Item to List" to include the item in your price list.
7. Repeat steps 3-6 to add as many items and variants as needed.
8. Click "Save Changes" to apply the updates to your price list.

Your price list is now live with the changes and items you've added.
