Managing Return Orders in Naologic

Accessing the Return Orders App
To access the Return Orders app in Naologic:
- Locate the "Sales" tab in the global navigation.
- Hover over the "Sales" tab to reveal the options.
- Select "Return Orders."
Inside the Return Orders table, you can create and manage return orders for your customers.
Creating a New Return Order
To create a new return order:
- Click the "Create Return Order" button in the Return Orders table.
- Fill in the account, shipping address, and other return order basics.
- Associate the return order items with the order being returned.
- Specify the shipping method for the return.
- Define the return terms and conditions.
- Associate the lead source with the return order.
- Click "Create Return Order" to save and view the return order in your Return Orders table.
Return Order Statuses
Return orders can have various statuses, including:
- Pending Approval: The return order is awaiting approval.
- Approved: The return order has been approved.
- Processing: The return order is processing, and no other action can be taken.
- Completed: The return order has been completed.
- Cancelled: The return order has been cancelled.
- Rejected: The return order has been rejected.

Deleting a Return Order
To delete a return order:
- Hover over the desired return order item in the table.
- Click the "Options" button to reveal available actions.
- Select "Delete" and confirm your action.
Deleting a return order will remove it from your Return Orders table and cannot be undone. Be cautious when performing this action.
