Taking Charge of Your Brand's Presence on Naologic



In Naologic, you can effortlessly manage your brand's appearance throughout your workspace, emails, and invoices. Branding is a critical component of your company's visual identity. This manual will help you through the steps of managing and uploading your business's assets to the Naologic platform to give your brand a unified visual identity.



How do I go to and control Naologic's branding settings?

  1. Locate the Workspace Settings button or tab at the top of the Naologic platform to access branding settings.
  2. To get a list of all available workspace settings, click on Workspace Settings.
  3. Look for the Branding option under the User Management section.
  4. You can upload, modify, or remove your company logo by clicking Branding in order to access the branding choices for your workplace.


How can I update or upload my business's logo to Naologic?

  1. You can upload your company's logo or any other desired asset in the Branding area.
  2. Remember that this asset will be shown in a number of places, including the top left corner of your workspace, emails sent by your workspace to members, visitors, vendors, and suppliers, and PDF invoices produced by the platform.
  3. Click the Upload button and choose the relevant picture file to upload a logo.
  4. The logo will appear on all of your workspace, emails, and bills after upload.


What should I do if I want to take my business' logo off the page?

  1. Go to the Branding area under Workspace Settings to remove your logo from your workspace, emails, and bills.
  2. Locate and click the Remove Logo button.
  3. All pertinent locations in your workspace, emails, and invoices will be free of the logo.
