Set Up and Manage Tax Details for Your Business.

Tax details play a crucial role in your business for tax purposes, reporting, and integration with accounting and payroll software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage within your Naologic workspace. This key feature allows you to customize and set up automation workflows with your tax details to external data providers or APIs.

How do I access and set up Tax Details?

To access and set up Tax Details, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Workspace Settings option in the top right corner of the top navigation bar.
  2. Click on Workspace Settings to open the settings menu.
  3. In the top-left corner, find the Workspace Administration section.
  4. Click on Tax Details to access the tax details form.

Once you're in the Tax Details form, you can configure your basic tax profile for your business.

Basic Tax Profile

To set up your basic tax profile:

  1. Choose your business type (e.g., Corporation Type C, LLC). Reach out to Naologic or use the builder access to add additional types if needed.
  2. Specify the legal name of your business. This will appear on invoices and generated PDF documentation within the workspace.
  3. Define your Employer Identification Number (EIN), if applicable.
  4. Provide your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), if applicable.

Remember to save your changes to ensure your new tax details take effect.
