This layout is primarily used for navigating between different sections of the app, with the option to connect tables to specific side-menu items.
Installing the Page Layout with Side-Menu and Global Navigation
Navigate to the Desired Project
From the Builder Overview, locate and select the project where you want to add the page layout.Access the Individual App Canvas
Within the selected project, hover over the desired app and click Access App Flow to open the app where you want to add the layout.Open Add Elements

Use the search bar to find Page Layout with Side-Menu and Global Navigation.Drag and Drop to Install
Drag the layout onto the app canvas to add it to your project.
Setting Up the Side-Menu Options
Configure Side-Menu Item Types
- After installing the layout, hover over it and click Edit to open the configuration settings.
- Each side-menu item can be set as either:
- Subheader: A read-only label that organizes sections of the side menu without any linked functionality.
- Link: A clickable item that allows users to navigate to a connected table or specific section within the app.
Connect Links to Tables or Sections
For Link items, connect each one to the appropriate table within the app, enabling users to click and be directed to the designated content.
