Working with Tables in Naologic Builder

Tables are a fundamental component of many applications, providing a structured way to display and interact with data. This guide will introduce you to the concept of tables in Naologic Builder and explain their basic functionalities.

Locating App Tables

  1. Access the Project Canvas: Navigate to the desired project in the Builder Overview and open the Project Canvas by clicking on it.

  2. Open the App Flow: Hover over the app you wish to modify and click on "Access app flow."

  3. Open the Elements Menu: On the middle left side of the individual app canvas, you'll find a plus sign (+). Clicking on it will open a modal where you can find the available Tables under User Interface > Elements > Tables.

    Alternatively, you can use the search function:

    • Search for "Table": Within the modal window, there is also a search function. Type "Table" into the search bar. All the available tables should appear in the search results.

Working with Tables

Once the tables are located, you can install them in your project by dragging and dropping them onto the canvas. You will be able to choose from one of the following tables:

1. Table with Simple and Advanced Search, Filter, Multi-Select, Reordering

This versatile table element offers a wide range of features for managing and interacting with data. It supports both simple and advanced search capabilities, allowing you to efficiently find specific information. Additionally, you can filter data based on various criteria, select multiple rows or columns simultaneously, and rearrange columns to suit your preferences.

2. Table for B2B Data Integrations

Designed specifically for handling B2B data, this table element facilitates seamless integration with external systems. It provides optimized features for managing complex business data and ensuring efficient data exchange.

3. Table with Cards

This visually appealing table element presents data in a card format, making it ideal for applications that prioritize a visually-driven user experience. It's particularly effective for displaying smaller datasets in an engaging and interactive manner.

Whether you need to handle large datasets, integrate with B2B systems, or present data in a visually appealing format, tables offer the versatility and flexibility you need to create effective and user-friendly applications.
