Collaborate and Share Your Naologic Projects

To collaborate with team members or share your projects with others, Naologic offers various sharing options. This section will guide you through the process of sharing your projects and managing access permissions.

Sharing Your Project

When you're inside the project you wish to share, locate the 'Share' button in the top right corner. Clicking this button will open a modal window with the following options:

  • Share with Team Members:
Invite existing Naologic users to your project and assign them appropriate access levels - viewer or editor.

  • Share with External Guests:
Send email invitations to external users who do not have Naologic accounts. You can grant them viewer or editor access.

Managing Access

To manage access levels or remove collaborators, open the "Share" button modal. You'll see a list of current collaborators with their respective access levels. Click on the dropdown menu next to each collaborator to:

  • Change Access Level:
Select a different access level (e.g., viewer, editor, owner).

  • Remove Collaborator:
Remove the collaborator from the project.

Viewing Collaborators

To see who's currently collaborating on your project, look for the small avatars to the left of the "Share" button. Hover over an avatar to view the collaborator's name.

By effectively sharing your project and managing team member access, you can foster a collaborative building environment, speeding up your project's pace and enhancing its outcomes.
