Installing the Table for B2B Data Integrations

  1. Navigate to the Desired Project
    From the Builder Overview, locate and select the project where you want to install the table.

  2. Access the Individual App Canvas
    Within the selected project, hover over the desired app and click Access App Flow to open the app where you want to add the table.

  3. Open Add Elements
    Click the “+” button on the left side of the app canvas to open the Add Elements panel.

  4. Search for the Table Element
    Use the search bar to find Table for B2B Data Integrations.

  5. Drag and Drop to Install
    Drag the table element onto the app canvas screen.

Configuring the Table for B2B Data Integrations

When you click on Edit for the table element, you will see two main tabs: Table Settings and Header, Rows, and Columns. Below are the key configurations to be aware of:

  • Data Document Name:
    Use this field to connect the table to a specific Data Document. This establishes the source from which the table will pull and store data.
  • Data Relationship:
    Select any Views you have created within the Data Document. Views are used to retrieve and display data from other Data Documents in the project, allowing for more complex data interactions.

Header, Rows, and Columns

  • Table Row Buttons:
    These are action buttons tied to individual data entries within the table. Common uses include Edit, Delete, Status Update, and other functions that allow users to interact directly with specific rows.
  • Selected Row Options:
    Configure options that apply when multiple rows are selected at once. This may include bulk actions like Delete, Export, or Batch Update, enabling efficient management of multiple data entries simultaneously.
